Assistant Professor in particle physics group, Department of physics, Osaka University
I study particle theory, especially quantum chromodynamics (QCD) using lattice gauge theory. Our body and materials in the world consist of protons and neutrons, which consist of quarks and gluons. QCD is a theory which describes the strong force dynamics of quarks and gluons. Due to its literally strong interaction, it is difficult to compute, but the difficulty itself is an attractive point of this study. I compute the dynamics of QCD using super computers, chiral perturbation theory, random matrix theory, and so on.
